Got my cast off today so I am now hobbling about with relative ease.
Apparently I am allowed short easy periods on the static trainer by about the end of the week and if all goes to plan I hope to join the club runs in a couple of months.
Will be a wee while before I take Ali up on the offer of joining the GCRTs training runs!

Does that also mean you can come back to the office instead of "working" from home
Glad to hear you are on the mend though, must be nice to scratch your ankle without the aid of a knitting needle.

I will be 'Working from home' for another couple of days or at least until the tour makes it up Alpe du Huez (Live on ITV4).
However of all people to take stick from about working practises it is not going to be you Bill!
